Multiply (2022 - 2025)

Multiply was a national programme funded by the Department of Education to help adults aged 19+ who did not have a qualification in Level 2 Maths/Numeracy or equivalent. It helped adults to improve their numeracy skills, become more confident with numbers and help them to progress in life. it ran from April 2022 until the end of March 2025.

The £14 million pound programme was funded by the UK Government. Multiply formed part of the Government’s Skills for Life campaign and funded through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund.

Multiply ended in March 2025 when Greater Manchester transitioned to a more integrated, place-based funding approach for adult skills.
