Skills for Growth (2020 - 2023)

The Skills for Growth programme delivered vital training to those working in Greater Manchester between 2020-2023 in a bid to plug skills gaps identified by employers in the city-region. 

The three-year £42 million programme was funded by the European Social Fund and was designed to upskill and reskill employed people, putting them in a better position to progress in their careers while supporting businesses to grow. Here, we reflect on its impact in the city-region.
