Accessibility Information - iCasework
We have been informed by iCaseworker that the below issues have been fixed and rolled out by the July 2023 deadline specified. We will test this compliance ourselves during our next accessibility audit.

Some forms use the external iCasework system, including the form on the Enquiries and Contact pages. The forms on the Enquiries and Contact pages contain multiple accessibility issues, including:
- Lack of table headings on personal details and form submitted screen, failing WCAG 2.1 success criterion 1.3.1 Info and relationships - to be fixed by July 2023
- No autocomplete attributes on form fields, failing WCAG 2.1 success criterion 1.3.5 Identify input purpose. - fixed
- Not possible to increase the line height, letter spacing, word spacing and paragraph spacing, failing WCAG 2.1 success criterion 1.4.12 Text Spacing - to be fixed by July 2023
- Form timing out without warning, failing WCAG 2.1 success criterion 2.2.1 Timing adjustable - fixed
- Keyboard focus is taken to the ‘Your query’ text box, skipping content above the text box, failing WCAG 2.1 success criterion 2.4.3 Focus order - fixed
- The 'Upload file' link does not provide feedback for a screen reader user as to whether the content is expanded or collapsed, failing WCAG 2.1 success criterion 4.1.2 Name, role, value. - to be fixed by July 2023
- The ‘Upload file’ and ‘Find’ buttons are not labelled as buttons, failing WCAG 2.1 success criterion 4.1.2 Name, role, value - to be fixed by July 2023
- The ‘Form sent’ message is not announced by screen readers, failing WCAG 2.1 success criterion 4.1.3 Status messages - to be fixed by July 2023

We are in touch with this supplier and they have provided us with the above timeline for the fixes required.
