From Wednesday, May 13 you can exercise outdoors as often as you wish - following social distancing guidelines

You can also use outdoor sports courts or facilities, such as a tennis or basketball court, or golf course - with members of your household, or one other person while staying 2 metres apart. 

It is important to keep active and moving, whether that is in or outside the home. You should be looking to be active for at least 30 minutes (60 minutes for children) each day.
