Michael Adex

Michael Adex is a creative entrepreneur, businessman and founder of Manchester-based “360 talent and entertainment company” NQ (formerly known as Northern Quarterz). Manager of one of the biggest breakout artists to emerge in recent years, fellow Mancunian Aitch. Adex has seen through his trajectory from burgeoning rapper to Platinum selling, award winning star.

Adex was recently bestowed MMF’s Entrepreneur Award, he was a nominee for Manager of the Year at this year’s Music Week Awards and he sits on the prestigious Ivor Novello’s panel and BRITS Voting Academy.

NQ is a Record Label, Publishing House and Talent Management Company, currently expanding its creative ambitions into Film/TV Production and Media. The newly opened ‘NQ House’, a 5000+ sqft creative space in the city, plays home to state of the art recording and content studios, a private members area and the NQ HQ. Through NQ's CIC NQ Legacy, the space will also be opened up to young creatives from the local community
