Greater Manchester Civic and Community Leadership Programme
Our Civic and Community Leadership Programme is an initiative to address the underrepresentation of people from racially minoritised backgrounds within civic and public life. The programme aims to equip participants with the skills and resources to navigate community and societal challenges. Enabling participants to become catalysts for change in organisations and communities across Greater Manchester.
Greater Manchester Combined Authority (GMCA) is working in partnership with She Leads for Legacy to deliver the programme in 2023-2024. This year’s participants will have access to a series of in-person workshops, online reflection, peer learning groups and more.
We are looking for 30 current and future leaders from racially minoritised backgrounds who live and work in Greater Manchester to join the programme.
